You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its security or copy its content for commercial use. We may update or suspend parts of the website at any time.

Our products are handcrafted, so small variations in colour, texture, finish, size and weight are natural and are not defects. We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can, but colours can look different on different screens. Measurements are approximate.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order.

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may refuse or limit an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud; if we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we will contact you to resolve it.

We deliver within India only, and shipping is free. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

Once an order has been placed and paid, it cannot be cancelled. See our Cancellation Policy.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. If your piece arrives damaged, report it as soon as possible after delivery with a continuous unboxing video. After checking the proof, we dispatch a new piece at our cost; if it is out of stock, we restock it within 7 days and then send it. See our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges policy.

All content on this website, including text, photos, graphics and the Ethenic Handicrafts name and logo, belongs to Ethenic Handicrafts or its licensors. You may not use it without our written permission.

When you submit a review, photos or videos, you confirm they are your own and truthful, and you allow us to display them on our website and social media. We may decline or remove content that is false, offensive, unlawful or unrelated to the product.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction over any dispute.
