Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses across India, wherever our courier partners deliver.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on every order delivered within India. There is no minimum order value.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on your location. Deliveries can take a little longer during festivals, in bad weather or to remote locations. If your order is taking longer than expected, get in touch and we will check on it for you.
How we pack handicrafts
Brass, white metal, wood, stone dust, stone and terracotta pieces are packed with protective wrapping so they travel safely. Heavier idols and fragile pieces get extra padding.

Changing your delivery address
If you entered a wrong address, contact us straight away at ethenichandicrafts@gmail.com or on WhatsApp +91 7439 060 664 with your order number. We will try to update it before dispatch, but once an order has been dispatched we may not be able to change it.

Not at the moment. We currently deliver within India only.

Yes. Shipping is free on every order delivered within India, with no minimum order value.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location. Festivals, weather and remote locations can add a little time. Contact us with your order number if you need an update.
How will I know when my order is dispatched?
We send you shipping updates once your order is on its way. If you have not heard from us, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed securely by Razorpay, which supports the common Indian payment methods shown at checkout.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Send us your unboxing video as soon as possible after delivery. After we check it, we dispatch a new piece and pay the shipping.
