Our cancellation policy
Once we have received your order and payment, the order is final and cannot be cancelled, and no refund is given.
Please check the product, quantity and delivery address carefully before you pay.
Changing your delivery address
If you made a mistake in your address, contact us straight away at ethenichandicrafts@gmail.com or on WhatsApp +91 7439 060 664 with your order number. We will try to correct it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes after your order has been dispatched.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
No. Once an order is placed and paid, it cannot be cancelled.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
No. We do not offer refunds for orders that have been placed and paid.
I entered the wrong address. What can I do?

What if my piece arrives damaged?
Send us the unboxing video as soon as possible after delivery. After we check it, we send you a new piece and pay the shipping.
